Credentials That Can Be Checked
AIAES credentials include a unique reference number or QR code that allows their status and validity to be confirmed through the official registry.
Professional Recognition With Clear Boundaries
AIAES professional accreditation, certification, and recognition do not constitute a university degree or a government-issued occupational license.
They do not authorize regulated practice where a legal license is required or guarantee employment, promotion, immigration, or recognition by another organization.
Applicants remain responsible for confirming the legal and professional requirements applicable to their work.

Which pathway should I choose?
Choose according to who is applying and what requires evaluation. Institutions, programs, trainers, certified practitioners, and experienced professionals follow different pathways.
Can one application cover an institution and all its programs?
No. Institutional Accreditation evaluates the organization. Individual programs may require separate Program Accreditation.
Is Trainer Recognition the same as Professional Certification?
No. Trainer Recognition evaluates a person’s training qualifications and delivery practice. Professional Certification assesses competence within a specified professional field.
Can experience be considered without a university degree?
Experience may be considered through Experience-Based Recognition when it is relevant, substantial, and supported by acceptable evidence. Eligibility depends on the requested field and applicable requirements.
Is approval automatic after payment?
No. Payment initiates the review process and does not guarantee approval.
Can an applicant be asked for additional evidence?
Yes. AIAES may request clarification, further documentation, or an interview when necessary to complete the assessment.
Do credentials expire?
Some credentials and accreditation statuses have a defined validity period and may require renewal or continuing professional development.
Can employers or clients check an AIAES credential?
Yes. Issued credentials can be checked using their unique reference number or QR code.
