Professional Institutional Accreditation Is Not Governmental or Academic Authorization
AIAES is a professional education, accreditation, certification, and credentialing organization.

Does Institutional Accreditation cover all our programs?
Not automatically. It evaluates the institution and its quality systems. Individual programs may require separate Program Accreditation.
Can a new institution apply?
It may submit an eligibility inquiry, but sufficient operational evidence, documented systems, and training records may be required for full accreditation.
Is accreditation guaranteed after payment?
No. Fees cover processing and professional review; approval depends on eligibility, evidence, and alignment with standards.
Can an online provider apply?
Yes, if it demonstrates appropriate delivery, identity, engagement, assessment, support, record, and quality systems.
Is an onsite visit required?
Not in every case. A virtual visit, interview, or further verification may be used depending on scope and risk.
How long does accreditation remain valid?
Validity depends on the pathway and decision, and may require monitoring, updated evidence, and renewal.
Can we display the AIAES badge?
Approved institutions may use the authorized badge while accreditation is valid and according to AIAES policies.
What if our institution changes name or ownership?
Material changes must be reported. A review may be required to continue or update the accreditation.
